Carlos Saldivia, Producer of First Contact based in Williamsport, PA is independently producing a documentary on, INSPIRATION, LYCOMING COUNTY; a mural depicting the rich stories of Lycoming County. This enormous under taking is being captured by Carlos and his film team. They have spent over 3 YEARS of sweat and equity, side by side with Michael, capturing every minute of the mural installation process and much of the painting progress.
